When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 7–15 business days. Shipping times may vary due to demand, customs, or carrier delays.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We currently ship to the United States and Canada.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also track your order directly from the order status page.
What if my order arrives damaged or defective?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
Can I return my order?
Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Do you offer refunds without returns?
In some cases, refunds without requiring a return may be offered at our discretion, especially for damaged or defective items. Contact us and we’ll review your case.
Can I cancel or change my order?
